Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At TalkTales Entertainment, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our attendees. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:

    Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event start time are eligible for a full refund

  • Late Cancellations:

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows:

    Failure to attend the event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Advance Rescheduling:

    You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the event start time without penalty.

  • Late Rescheduling:Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours and up to 2 hours before the event start time will be granted a store credit equal to the ticket price. This credit can be applied to future TalkTales Events or in our shop/bar.

  • Last-Minute Rescheduling:Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the event start time are not eligible for rescheduling or store credit. and are considered a “no show.”

Additional Information

  • Store Credit Usage:Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be applied to any future TalkTales Event or in our store/bar.

  • Event Cancellations by TalkTales:In the rare event that TalkTales needs to cancel an event, you will be notified via email and provided with a full refund or store credit.
